Makes 1 refreshing cocktail
Ingredients
30ml vodka
30ml Boatrocker Limoncello 3195 - 2024 Harvest
Juice of 1/2 a freshly squeezed lemon (about 15–20ml, adjust to taste)
30ml Cointreau
30ml simple syrup (adjust to taste)
Ice (use plenty for the best chill and flavour)
Lemon slice, for garnish
Sugar, for rimming the glass
Method
Prepare the glass: Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a chilled martini glass, then dip the rim in sugar to coat it. Set aside.
Mix the drink: In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, Boatrocker Limoncello, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Cointreau, and simple syrup. Stir well to blend the flavours, then add **plenty of ice** and shake vigorously until well chilled.
Strain and serve: Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
Garnish: Add a lemon slice for garnish.
Tip: Using ample ice when shaking ensures the perfect chill and flavour in every sip.
