Price Match Policy

If you find a lower price, Minimax would love the opportunity to match it. We welcome the presentation of a price from another retailer, and will price match in line with the following criteria.

At the time of purchase:

• The item must be the identical item to what we have in stock. Including model, size, colour and include any additional bonus offers.

• The item must be carried by a reputable Australian retailer – either Bricks & Mortar or online, however it does not include online marketplaces e.g. eBay and Amazon.

• The item price is documented with a verifiable price. The price must include GST, not be below our cost prices and if online must include freight/delivery fee as part of the price match equation.

• The item must be in stock in our store and the retailer in question, and can’t be second hand.
