A refreshing frozen twist on the classic Aperol Spritz, made effortlessly with the KitchenAid Ice Shaver attachment.

Serves 1 refreshing spritz

Time 5 minutes (plus 8 hours freezing)

Ingredients

60ml Aperol

Fresh orange juice (enough to fill an ice cube tray)

90ml Prosecco

Method

Freeze the Aperol Ice Cubes

    Pour 60ml Aperol into an ice cube tray.

  • 02

    Fill the remaining space in each cube with orange juice.

  • 03

    Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Shave the Ice

  • 01

    Attach the KitchenAid Ice Shaver and shave the frozen Aperol-orange ice cubes into a fine, fluffy texture.

Assemble the Spritz

    Place the shaved Aperol slush into a glass.

  • 02

    Slowly pour 90ml Prosecco over the shaved ice.

  • 03

    Serve Immediately, sip, and enjoy!
