Get festive with our Christmas Gimlet Cocktail – A  zesty blend of gin, lime, and rosemary-cranberry syrup, topped with a frothy finish.

Makes 2 refreshing cocktails

Ingredients

60 ml Boat Rocker Feliz Navidad Christmas Gin

90 ml freshly squeezed lime juice

60 ml rosemary simple syrup - (60 ml sugar & 2 fresh rosemary sprigs )

1 egg white

Ice cubes

Fresh rosemary sprig - garnish

Method

Prepare the rosemary and cranberry simple syrup:

    Combine 60 ml of water, 60 ml of sugar, and sprigs of rosemary in a saucepan.

    Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the cranberries burst.

    Strain and cool before using.

Mix the cocktail:

    Add the Boat Rocker Feliz Navidad Christmas Gin, lime juice, rosemary simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker.

    Dry shake (shake without ice) vigorously for 20–30 seconds to create the froth.

    Add ice to the shaker and shake again until the mixture is chilled.

Serve:

  • 01

    Strain into your glass filled with ice.

  • 02

    Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Please note: The glass used in the image is 600ml in capacity and fills half the glass. This recipe can serve two standard cocktail glasses.
