This pan is made from 3mm thick Australian iron, providing excellent heat retention and thermal mass for consistent, even cooking. It is seasoned with a new Quenched finish and ready to use, making it a game-changer in iron cookware.
The frypan is suitable for all heat sources from stovetop (including induction) to oven to campfire. It also features an engraved map of Australia in the handle, making it a unique and collectible piece.

Great frying pan, doesn't stick and heats quickly.
I have had so many pans over the years so it's worth spending the money for one that will last for a very long time

Free yourself from those non stick pans and learn to cook like real chef. Blackened pans develop great flavours.
Amazing quality, really clean iron that comes nicely pre seasoned to use straight away out of the box.
Really helpful information through there website on how to clean and season the pan. I would recommend to season the pan in the oven though.
With the heirloom style it is a beautiful and light weight compared to all other cast iron pans I have seen. Amazing product!
