MINIMAX REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Membership Conditions

About the program

1.1 Minimax Rewards program is operated by The Homewares Group Pty Ltd (ACN 107 579 804) of Level 1, 171 179 Ferrars Street Southbank, Victoria 3006.

1.2 Our rewards program is our way of rewarding our customers for their valued support. It is a condition of membership that you agree to be included on our mailing or emailing list so that we are able to keep you informed of latest news, special offers and social events.

1.3 Customers participating in the program can obtain rewards by making purchases at Minimax stores and www.minimax.com.au.

1.4 Online welcome offer: The $10 voucher sent via email upon a new online signup requires a minimum spend of $100 for an online order at www.minimax.com.au. The online discount code expires 30 days after the email has been sent. Excludes Gift Cards, Appliances, Electrical, KitchenAid, Aarke, Ooni, Online Exclusives, SodaStream and Foodbank Spatulas. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. 

Reward Points.

2.1 Every dollar spent will earn points. $1 spent = 1 point (except on double point days.)

2.2 You have three years to accrue sufficient points to earn an Instant Reward Card.

2.3 Your membership will expire without notice if less than $100 of purchases are made within 3 years. Any accrued points will be forfeited.

2.4 On reaching 750 points, you will qualify for an Instant Reward Card to the value of $25.

2.5 An Instant Reward Card is issued in-store. The Instant Reward Card is valid for 4 months from the date of issue and entitles you to a $25 discount off your next purchase. 

2.6 Rewards points are accumulated when you purchase online from www.minimax.com.au. Instant Rewards Cards cannot be redeemed online.

2.7 Failure to present your membership card, or membership details, at the time of the purchase may result in points not being added to your account. If reward points are not added during the transaction you must contact a Minimax store within 30 days of the transaction to receive your reward points. A register receipt or proof of purchase will be required in order to allocate these reward points.

2.8 Points cannot be added to a membership account for purchases made prior to signing up for the rewards program.

2.9 The reward rate may be varied by Minimax at any time and will be published on the Minimax website. Variations will take place from the date it is published on the website.

2.10 Instant Reward Cards are not transferable, cannot be used for lay-by payments or redeemed for cash and cannot be replaced if lost.

2.11 Reward points have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash or be used for the payment of credit.

2.13 Your current level of points will be shown on every receipt, so you will always know how many points you have accumulated.

3.1 You may at any time, terminate your participation in the rewards program by advising a staff member in any Minimax store, emailing info@minimax.com.au or contacting us

3.2 After termination of membership your reward points will no longer be valid and cannot be transferred
