The Pro 17cm East/West™ Santoku Knife can be used for varied cutting tasks from fine chopping to dicing and paper-thin slicing of larger foods.
The seamless construction of the knives is made from Japanese stainless steel for superior durability, as well as stain and corrosion resistance. The blade features a super-fine cutting edge and the optimised bolster thins towards the blade so the full length can be used, making every cut go a long way.
Designed with comfort in mind, Furi’s knives offer an expertly balanced weight while the innovative reverse wedge handle design locks into the hand for a safer grip and reduces hand fatigue.
