The Pro 17cm East/West™ Santoku Knife by Furi is the perfect combination of a Western Cook's Knife and an Eastern Vegetable Chopper. It can be used for varied cutting tasks from fine chopping to dicing and paper-thin slicing.
The scallop indentations are deliberately positioned on the blade to reduce friction, stop food from sticking to the blade and make cutting fast and easy.
The seamless construction is made from Japanese stainless steel for superior durability, as well as stain and corrosion resistance. The blade features a super-fine cutting edge and the optimised bolster thins towards the blade so the full length can be used, making every cut go a long way.
Designed with comfort in mind, Furi’s knives offer an expertly balanced weight while the innovative reverse wedge handle design locks into the hand for a safer grip and reduces hand fatigue.
