Ingredients
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
45 ml (one shot glass) Bass & Flinders Distillery Limoncello
Sparkling Water
Lemon slices for garnish
Method
In a chilled glass, place one scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Pour a shot of Bass & Flinders Distillery Limoncello over the ice-cream.
Slowly top up the glass with sparkling water. The fizz adds a delightful touch.
Garnish with lemon slice.
