Makes dough for 1 pan focaccia
Ingredients
310g bread or 00 flour
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon caster sugar
4g instant or active dry yeast
1 teaspoon olive oil
280ml warm water (40°C)
Method
Put the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast into a large mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
Pour the water over the dry ingredients. Using your hands or a bowl scraper, work the ingredients to form a dough. Knead a few more times, and then cover and let sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours or up to 12 hours.
Fold the dough over a few times, then use Cuisinart Pizzeria Pro Pizza Oven to bake your favourite focaccia.
