Ingredients
60ml Boatrocker Spiced Rum
30ml freshly squeezed lime juice
A few dashes of Angostura bitters
Ginger Beer (or Ginger Ale)
Fresh mint leaves (optional garnish)
Method
Fill glass with ice.
Add Spiced Rum and Lime juice. Top with Mixer then splash a few dashes of bitters on top.
Garnish with mint and a long paper straw.
