Ingredients
45ml Campari
45ml sweet vermouth
Soda water
Ice cubes (made with oranges)
2 oranges, for ice cubes and garnish
Method
Cut the oranges into small triangular pieces and place them in an ice tray. Fill the ice tray with water and place it in the freezer for 4 hours or until the ice cubes are solid.
Place the orange-infused ice cubes into a short glass.
Pour the Campari and sweet vermouth over the ice and stir.
Top with soda water, leaving some room at the top of the glass.
Garnish with an orange slice or twist.
Serve and enjoy your refreshing Americano cocktail!
