Care
- Wash the pan in boiling hot water with a brush. DO NOT USE
- dishwashing liquid. Dry the pan carefully.
- Add a few teaspoons of vegetable oil (rapeseed, canola,
- grapeseed or similar) to the pan and spread with a paper towel.
- Heat until the pan starts to smoke (seasoning), let it smoke for a
- few minutes. Make sure to have good ventilation.
- Put the pan aside to let it cool off enough to wipe off the excess oil
- with paper towel. The pan has now been “re-seasoned” to create a
- natural nonstick surface.
- Wash the pan again in hot water only. DO NOT USE dishwashing
- liquid.
- Dry the pan thoroughly and store.
