Total Time: 4 minutes plus pomegranate ice cubes need one hour to freeze before serving
Serving: 1 person
Ingredients
30 ml Gin
15 ml Tequila
2 Limes Wedge
3 - 4 Pomegranate Ice Cubes
150ml Apple Cider Sparkling Water
Method

Combine gin and tequila in a cocktail shaker.

Squeeze one wedge of lime into the cocktail shaker then shake well.

Drop in pomegranate-infused ice cubes in a glass.

Add the shaker mix to the glass.

Top off the drink with sparkling apple juice and a fresh lime wedge.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick and candy cane for extra festive cheer!
**Note: make sure to freeze pomegranate ice cubes for one hour before serving**
Pomegranate Ice Cubes: Here's how you can make them!
- Frozen Pomegranate Arils (or fresh seeds from 1 pomegranate)
- Water
- Ice Cube Tray
Place six to ten pomegranate seeds into the moulds of the ice cube tray and fill the remaining space with water. Once it's full, freeze it for at least an hour or overnight. This will give you pomegranate-infused ice cubes that will make your Christmas cocktail shine!
