Ingredients
½ cup (18 g) packed parsley leaves
½ cup (18 g) packed cilantro leaves
1 garlic clove, peeled
½ tsp. kosher salt
¼ tsp. ground cumin
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
½ cup (125 mL) extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. (30 mL) red wine vinegar
Method

Combine parsley, cilantro, garlic, salt, cumin and crushed red pepper flakes in KitchenAid® 5 Cup Cordless Food Chopper work bowl.

Process on low for 20 seconds or until finely chopped, scraping sides and bottom of work bowl as needed.

Add olive oil through the drizzle basin with machine running followed by vinegar until fully incorporated.
